Fresh Fruits at Jeff's Pirates Cove Restaurant

Jeff's Pirates Cove Restaurant is known for their fresh and innovative entrees and appetizers. A lot of that has to do with the use of fresh ingredients whenever possible. Well, down at the Cove, Jeff has his own little tropical fruit farm named Charlie's Garden, named after one of Pirate's swashbuckling grandchildren.

When you tour of this garden one will find a number of different banana and papaya species. They are not always in season because it depends on the weather and time of the year. But one thing is for sure, when in season you get the freshest bananas and papaya served up.
